Hello! I have recently completed my masters and am studying from home daily. I have a very flexible schedule to accommodate your needs. I live in Portland and am looking forward to meeting your dog. I will be active and interactive with your pups! I understand how important your four-legged friends are to you. I will be sure to send updates with pictures during any stay/walk with your dog! I rescued my dog, Hakuna, four years ago and have been blessed to have her as apart of the family. I have been rovering for a couple of years now and have gotten to know a lot of great dogs and their families. I have experience with and love all dogs, both big and small. I have experience giving medication & eye drops if necessary. I look forward to meeting your pup!

I can not say enough about Shannon! She grew up in my neighborhood and whenever she is home on break from school she walks/plays with/ and watches my dog Lola! Lola loves Shannon and is always overjoyed to see her. She is a natural with any dog I have every seen her with. My Lola is at times a handful and Shannon has always stepped up to the plate and handled any situation like a true professional. I am so sad that she is no longer in my neighborhood but would recommend her over and over to anyone who asks.
Shannon is a natural with dogs. We were staying in a rental while closing on a house out of town. We thought our dog Amigo might be stressed by being alone in a strange place, so we asked Shannon to dog sit. We returned back from our meetings to find a calm and happy Amigo. Thanks, Shannon!
As a former neighbor of Shannon's with two (somewhat rambunctious) dogs, Shannon from a young age was responsibly taking them for walks whenever we asked her to. (My husband and I used to joke that she was "the dog wisperer! ") She is an incredibly reliable and dog-loving girl and we're so sad once we moved away that she was no longer a smiling neighborhood face, eager to take the dogs out for a stroll. Highly recommended as a caregiver!

A typical day
Exercise is so important for our dogs! Making sure they get outside enough everyday to smell all the good spots in the neighborhood is essential in their daily activities. Good, long happy walks are the best!
