Pet care experience
I have yet to meet a dog or cat I can’t get along with! I grew up with dogs and had a cat for the last 10 years. I’ve taken care of family and friend’s pets many times. I’ve cared for dogs post surgery. I’ve cared for dogs with special dietary needs and elaborate instructions. I have a lot of energy for pets who like to play and have respect for those cats who like to be left alone :)

Shannon is an extremely trustworthy & responsible adult who has been around dogs her whole life, even adopting a cat of her own. She is patient & gentle with animals. I would not hesitate to have Shannon stay with my dogs or to stay in my home for any period of time. She'd be fantastic!

Please provide a preferred vet or animal hospital in case of emergency. Let me know if your dog is aggressive with other dogs or people. Or if they have any concerning behavior that I need to be aware of. Surprises aren’t fun for anyone.
A typical day
Most of the day I am working quietly on my computer. I do love to get outside as often as possible, though. I can throw a ball if there’s space for it or play tug of war. Walks or runs. If your pet has a favorite toy, I’ll happily play with them!
