I've been around dogs my entire life! My husband and I currently have two dogs, a French bulldog named Mona and a goldendoodle named Winston. I have trained all of my family dogs myself since I was thirteen years old. I've trained dogs from basic house training, to level two and trick dog certification. I'm comfortable administering most medications, and I have a keen, watchful eye for animals. Though we have a backyard, the dogs are always monitored. I can adjust to your disciplinary expectations and standards!

Shannon is one of the best dog owners I have met. She treats her own animals with love and respect. He golden doodle and her french bulldog are responsive to her leash training, and are both very well behaved. If I had a dog, shannon would be the first person I'd call to help me out!

My husband and I recently purchased a new house in Sanford! During this short period of moving, I am not excepting daycare or boarding clients. BUT! When we are settled in, we will have a full privacy fence to allow the puppers to run around and play throughout the day! Dogs will ALWAYS monitored when outside. Our two dogs are extremely friendly and are very keen to play and cuddle. There is also a dog park nearby with an obstacle course and playful neighborhood dogs. I live with my husband and roommate, who are both willing to give extra love and attention to any of our furry visitors!

Are they generally friendly with other dogs and people? 3. Do they have any medical or special needs? 4. Are they prone to separation anxiety? 5. Are they neutered/spayed? 6. What's their favorite play activity or treat? I could go on and on, but most importantly I look forward to getting to know them and you!
A typical day
Our house is very close to the Paw Park of Historic Sanford, as well as the Sanford Riverwalk. We are so excited to take the dogs on adventurous walks around the lake and let them enjoy the obstacle course in the dog park!

Availability
I am a teacher, so my summer availability is extremely flexible. I am available weekdays and weekends. I can take on long-term set schedules through the end of July. Typically, I am in the house most of the day and only occasionally leave to run errands.
