Pet care experience
Began owning pets 11 years ago, and became interested in veterinary medicine. Worked at a boarding facility for 2 years, as a vet assistant for 1 year, and with research animals for 4 years, before attending 1 year of veterinary school at UPenn. Ultimately I decided I wanted to pursue a graduate school degree instead, bringing me here to Arkansas.

Shannon was awesome! She kept in touch with photos and texts. She exercised the dogs and let me know when she had any concerns/questions. Our cat got in a fight and she quickly found a small wound and cleaned it. Very responsible and a true pet lover. Even the four-legged family members give her a thumbs up!
Shannon is the best! She’s professional, kind, and the pets loved her. She’s thorough in her care, punctual, and knowledgeable. She’s going to make a wonderful veterinarian. We will miss her when she moves on from State College!
Shannon was great! She kept us up to date with pictures and texts daily. She took care of our two boys in our home and gave them all the attention that they needed. She was very reliable and trust worthy. I would highly recommend her and hope to have her back in the future!

The temperament of your dog towards other dogs and people, their strength when pulling on the leash, your comfort level with releasing them in an inclosed space (such as a dog park), any allergies or dietary restrictions, etc. Pretty much just whatever I need to know in order to keep them happy and healthy!
A typical day
I am looking forward to exploring the outdoors when I am in town and would love to bring your pup along. Let me know their favorite activities and I will adjust our day accordingly. Whether they enjoy hikes or taking a dip on a hot summer day, meeting up with friends at the dog park or just playing some ol' fashioned fetch, I am up for anything!
