My schedule is very flexible. Please reach out with your specific needs and I can most likely accommodate. I have always had dogs growing up, two shepherd mixes and a Chinese Crested and absolutely love dog sitting for my friends and family. Not having the space for a dog of my own yet, I have joined to borrow running buddies, drop in to play fetch, and generally break up the day for your dog or dogs while you're away for some play time and care. I love (and have experience with) dogs in all sizes and energy levels including puppies both miniature and gigantic, and not afraid of a little drool. I also have experience with basic dog training and def/blind dog needs. My schedule allows for mid day visits on Thursday and Friday, as I generally work from home on these days, but I can change my days as needed. I can’t wait to meet your furry best friends!

Prompt for meet-n-greet and sitting. Seemed thorough and followed feeding, meds and pottying instructions well. Seemed to like our two dogs! Asked her to water plants as well.

Shannon has been around dogs for most of her life. Aside from being a dog owner in the past, friends and neighbors have trusted her to take care of their dogs and walk them. She has a very intuitive sense of what the dog needs and how to accommodate them. One time, she was entrusted with taking care of a dog that was hard to handle. Not only did she make sure that the dog was comforted and taken care of, but she helped train the dog to better handle difficult situations within a week. When the owners returned from vacation, they were stunned to see that their dog wouldn't run to the door and bark uncontrollably every time a visitor came over.
