In addition to raising and adopting my own dogs, I have been a regular dog sitter for more than 15 years, and have fostered dogs for a northeast-based rescue organization. I have experience with and affinity for the seniors, but have cared for pups of all ages and activity levels. I will care for your dog as if they were a member of my own family.

Our dog, Emmy, stayed with Shannon for three nights and wow-what a great experience! I felt an instant sense of calm entering her home. Shannon and her partner welcomed Emmy as if she was their own. In only a few days, they both formed a close bond with her, as well as quickly familiarized themselves with Emmy’s quirky behavior. Shannon was able to manage Emmy’s medication and food preferences along with her anxious tendencies and hostile reactions to other dogs. We will definitely be rebooking with Shannon!

We live near several beaches, a beautiful bike path and a couple of hiking trails where we'd love to take your pup on adventures. Does your dog enjoy car rides, or dog parks? We can accommodate, just let us know what they like.
