Pet care experience
I grew up with cats and dogs and understand their needs. Neighbors have asked me to care for or walk/feed their pets while they are away over the years. I understand pets can have accidents sometimes and I am happy to help clean both the mess and the pet if this happens while you are away. I love taking walks and exploring parks, and I have a cat of my own right now. I am excited to meet your fur baby and will take good care of them for you ❤️

Shannon H was wonderful with our high-maintenance animals. Each animal has distinctly different needs, and she met them all beautifully. On our meet-and-greet, it was clear how much she appreciates animals. She was affectionate, confident, and careful. During the visits, she was observant about the home and animals and communicated with us often and thoroughly. I loved her pictures of the animals and appreciated her comments about their behavior. It was such a relief to know she was looking after our guys! They were all in great shape when we got home. I highly recommend her!

I understand wanting someone reliable and safe to take care of your fur baby! If you are away I will update you often and send pictures (unless you prefer I do not do this). I feed my cat twice a day and give her medicine and supplements and would be happy to do the same for your pet. I like to go on both long and short walks, and when it's warm enough, I like to go on hikes and would be happy to take your pet if you feel comfortable with this and if they feel comfortable with me. I am used to working with pets with dietary needs and am aware accidents can happen which I feel confident I can clean both the pet and the mess if this were to happen.

Let me know if your pet needs any medications. I have had to administer meds for my pets and understand that it can be really important to have your pet get their daily meds at a specific time.
A typical day
I love going on walks! I will absolutely take your dog on long walks if they have the energy for it! I love cuddles and playing (especially hide and seek or chase).

Availability
I have the option to work remotely so i can housesit if needed. On my typical days, I wake up early and can walk or visit your pet in the morning (between 630am and 830am) before I head to work, in the evening after work (between 630pm and 9pm), or anytime during the weekends.
