I have SUCH a heart for animals! I grew up in a home that always had pets, and made the leap in college to get my own dog. I have had several rabbits and a horse that were completely under my care growing up, and now my own lab mix! In my household now we have three dogs; my lab mix (Luna), a doberman (Alpha), and a chihuahua (Cleo), and we previously had a toy poodle so I am familiar and comfortable with all sizes and energy levels. With my own dog, Luna, I got her at around six months old and potty trained her, taught her several tricks, and developed a routine with her. I also have taken care of cats and dogs for neighbors and family members over the past several years, and became a regular dog sitter for two acquaintances this past year, before moving home. I am completely comfortable caring for horses, dogs, cats, and other small mammals like rabbits and hamsters, as well as birds. Since all of my pets have had vastly different personalities, traits, and needs, I'm comfortable switching up my care routine to whatever suits your pet best, and would love the opportunity to shower your furry family member with attention and snuggles (or whatever they prefer) while you're away!
