I grew up around all different kinds of animals and spent my summers helping my grandmother work with therapy dogs and take care of foster animals. I currently have one cat who has special needs and I have experience working with dogs and cats with different sensory disorders and special needs. My job is currently on summer hours, so I do not currently work on Fridays and I always have the weekends available. Pet care works well in my routine as I love animals, however due to my cat's disorder, I can only have the one pet. I am very perceptive of an animals emotions and can tell when they are starting to become overwhelmed and I have a level of patience that is rivaled only by my compassion for animals. I understand that pets are members of family, with that being said, I am well-versed in the signs of animal abuse and neglect and will report if necessary.
