Pet care experience
My boyfriend and I have had cats and dogs our entire lives - we agree they make the home. We’ve owned and worked with all types of dogs from a cute little puggle to a 150 pound cane corso. We both recently moved out, bought our own house together, and are missing the quality time & memories of our family pets. We would love to create new memories by pet-sitting while preparing to take care of our own pets in the future. Our favorite thing to do is walk around our new neighborhood and explore and having a pet by our side during those walks would make them even more special!

Shannon and Eric watched our puppy for a long weekend. It was the first time we were using a dog sitter and we had the best experience. They communicated with us regularly with pictures and video. Our boy was having the best time and it made our little getaway very relaxing because we knew he was in good hands. We’ve already booked our next vacation for them to watch our pup.

We have a fenced-in yard for your dog to run around in, a dog-friendly neighborhood for frequent walks, and a whole house to themselves as we do not have any pets or children of our own. For your own knowledge of the layout, we have a few steps to get into our house, as well as to get out back but while they are in the house, we will all be together on our first floor which is hardwood with a rug in the living room.

The best thing for us is communication with you. We would love to know the routine your dog typically has so we can cater to your and their needs. We are comfortable with most dog types but if there are specifics you’d like us to know, please make sure to tell us and we would love to accommodate and help in any way!
A typical day
A typical day will be walking your dog around our friendly neighborhood - it is very walkable, dog-friendly, and we have a few parks nearby, as well. We also have a backyard and can hang out there all day if your dog wants :). We love to keep your pet active so when you pick them up, they will rest well for you. We are both available to play with toys, play catch, feed them when needed, and practice tricks throughout the day.

Availability
We both work from home and I am self-employed so I get to create my own schedule! That means walks whenever wanted & needed, breaks throughout the day, and two people available and excited to play tug of war as soon as your pup grabs their toy! We are available most days/times during the week, as well as weekends & we keep our calendar updated on the app!
