I'm 54 years old. My family had dogs and cats while growing up. I was always a part of their everyday care. I took Horsemanship in vocational school in 11th and 12th grades. When I turned 18 and moved out of the house, I got my first dog. I continued to "acquire" different animals (mostly all were rescues). I lived on a friend's 160 acre horse farm where I was the primary daily care provider for dogs, cats and 12 horses. Eventually, I bought a 5-acre farm where I had dogs, cats, horses, chickens, potbellied pigs, lizards, rabbits, rats, mice and a deer. I currently pet sit for a friend's dog, but I have done other pet and farm sitting for multiple friends over the years.
