First time using rover and Shannon provided a positive experience. Very communicative and made sure our anxious dog felt as comfortable as possible!

Shannon is a warm, friendly, and athletic person who exudes a clam and loving demeanor towards people, dogs, horses, and all other animals. When my previous dog, Tucker, was still alive, I always trusted Shannon to take great care of him when I was in need of a sitter. Shannon proved time and time again that I could trust her to take him out on walks safely, and to make sure that he was given his extensive array of old age medications at the appropriate times they needed to be given each day. Tucker always lit up when in her presence, and it was easy to see how fond of her he truly was. If I ever get another dog, I will gladly look to Shannon to help out when I need some extra support.
