"Where Pets Choose to Vacation" I am an avid animal lover and hold the responsibility of taking care of an animal with the utmost importance. I will do everything you ask of me to ensure your pet feels comfortable and loved while staying at #thebakerhotel for dogs! Multiple exercise times will be included during the stay. UPDATE FOR ALL CLIENTS, CURRENT & FUTURE! RESERVATION INFORMATION: We know that dogs are our family members, children to most of us, and deserve the very best in care when we are away! The Baker Hotel was established to give you peace of mind when you are traveling, so that you can enjoy being away from your dog without worrying about their happiness or well-being. Your dog will stay inside our home with us. We are a NO KENNEL boarding facility. Your dog will lounge around the house with us, except for the times when we play outside. We only crate them around 10pm for bedtime (unless they demand to sleep in our bed, lol) and also for short errands. Our max is 5 dogs at one time (which is rare) so your dog gets very personalized and individual care! We can't replace you at the Baker Hotel, but we sure will try! We will do everything you do at home for your dogs, plus give them ample opportunities for play and outdoor time that you may not be able to do when you are working. We love all breeds, big or small! Our standard rate is $35 per night. This can vary so ask us if you feel a different rate is necessary. For multiple dogs from the same family, text for a custom quote. During Holidays, there will be an extra $5 charge per night per dog. Our overnight policy is per 24 hours. If you drop off at 10am, standard pick up time would be around 10am the next day. If you will be later than 24 hours, it's no problem at all! A daycare rate of $3 per hour will be charged up to a max of $20. We are reservation only. You will need to bring: Food, Dog Bed, Crate/Kennel, Treats, Chew Toys for puppies, and any favorite toys or medicines. We only accept VERY housebroken dogs. We understand accidents occur, but we take the dogs outside to relieve themselves 5-10 times per day depending on their level of need, so we do not expect them to use the potty in our home.  If you have a destructive dog that chews up everything and anything, we ask you to carefully consider booking with us, as we will ask you to reimburse us for any damages to our home caused by your dog. Bring Chew Toys! We provide extreme supervision, but we do have to take time outs for showers, potty breaks, dinner, etc. Exercise helps dogs with these issues. We advise you to read 'Cesar's Way' to understand the importance of exercise to ease anxiety. Please be courteous and make sure your dog is clean and freshly bathed when you bring them. You will also need to make sure they are up to date on shots and especially flea medications. If we find fleas on your dog, we will call you and request that you find immediate pick up solutions for your dog. This could put a huge damper on your vacation or time away, so please make sure your dog gets monthly flea prevention on a regimented schedule. Set a reminder in your phone! We do not want fleas inside our home and are sure you do not either. We are very flexible with drop off and pick up times all day and at night, 7 days a week, which is a huge advantage when using us compared to other boarding facilities; however, we do expect you to be respectful of our time. If you are late picking your dog up, you may have to wait an extra day to get them and/or pay daycare fees. We have children and other responsibilities that require us to be other places at specific times and hope you will realize that we can not always be at home waiting for you.
