I’ve always had pets in my family since I was young. My mum has had many dogs, some of which I helped bring into the world! I’ve spent many hours chasing 4 week old puppies up and down the stairs and playing in the garden with them as well as doing the not so fun stuff like poop collecting and mopping up wee from the kitchen floor 😄 My dad has also had a cat since I was 9 and although she can be cantankerous at times, she has always had a particular fondness for me and I’m one of a few people who is allowed to pick her up for cuddles 😌 Currently I work full time from 8:30-5pm however my schedule differs slightly in that I work Tuesday to Saturday so my days off are Sundays and Mondays. I’m also free most evenings, more so in winter as work commitments keep me busier in the summer but I can always find time if needs be 😁 Unfortunately I live in a rented flat so I’m unable to provide care in my own home. Having said that though, if caring for a pet in your own home, I will be extra diligent in adhering to any requirements you have when it comes to looking after your own home such as making sure they don’t shred the carpet or keeping them within the boundaries of your garden if it isn’t fenced
