Shannon is a trust-worthy, kind and playful pet sitter. I highly recommend her!! She can be totally relied upon to take care of my dog's and cat's daily needs with food, water, and toileting. She understood the specific needs of each loved animal and attended to them as if they were her own pets. I have a 19-year old indoor/outdoor cat who needs some extra attention. Michi, my cat, is shy and not very trusting of strangers. When I arrived from my trip I was so taken by the trust my cat had with Shannon, I was impressed at how great Shannon was at coaxing her outside onto her cat tower with treats and catnip. Furthermore, she exceeded my expectations by taking my little pup, Leia, for long walks along the beach and on area trails every day. I had informed her how I wanted Leia to be more active as she was a bit overweight and was happy when I received emails from Shannon with pictures of my pets and updating me on the adventures she would have with Leia (hiking, taking her to the beach and dog park, etc). Shannon also played with her in the backyard every morning per Leia's usual routine. When I arrived home I was happy to see how at ease Michi was with Shannon and how Leia has lost some extra weight and is looking great. Shannon took care of my fur babies like they were her own: with love, patience, and care. I am grateful I found Shannon and will definitely call upon her again for pet sitting needs for me and my family. Knowing she is taking such good care of our house and beloved pets is such a relief when we are away!
