I was very worried when it came time to leave my fur baby with a new sitter. I spent a week looking for a qualified sitter and reading their reviews. I finally decided to try Shanna S., and I'm glad I did. During my first meet-and-greet, it was easy to see that Shanna loves animals and is very empathetic to their needs. I explained that my fur baby, Teddy, is a momma's boy and suffers from separation anxiety, Shanna assured me that she would do everything necessary to help make Teddy feel safe and protected. She also assured me that Teddy would be treated like a member of the family, which he was as I saw in the many photos Shanna texted to me while I was away. Shanna also enjoyed taking Teddy on walks, which he loves, and when it came time to bring Teddy home, Shanna returned him personally (we live an hour away), AND she had given him a bath. My first experience with Shanna, is that she is very professional. She knows animals, and understands the fears associated with leaving a pet with an unknown person. She made me feel comfortable that Teddy would be loved and nurtured in my absence. I highly recommend Shanna. She takes her responsibilities seriously, and she has several steady clients as a result.
