Shanna has taken care of my many pets on multiple occasions. My pets all love her and are excited to see her.i have a cat with strict dietary restrictions and it can be a bit of a pain to make sure he doesn't get into the wrong food. Shanna has done this flawlessly several times. She has also been able to walk and care for our Rottweiler who is large and deaf. She always get him his walks in with no issues. Would highly recommend
