Large or Small, I love ‘em all!

Pet care experience

A little about me, I’m a “pre-vet dropout turned florist. (I’m almost 1 semester away from a bachelors degree in pre-veterinary science, but my flower hobby became a full time business, so I switched career paths.) This means I can watch for behavioral or health warnings as well as providing basic first aid if you’re away from home. I take any odd behaviors seriously, and I'd rather be safe and let you know about something and have it be a false alarm. Keeping up with training routines is a priority of mine. If your pup has any special "code words" for tricks or normal routines, let me know! (For my dogs, they know the difference between "bone" for their dental chews and just a normal "treat".) Knowing and maintaining these code words can make such a difference between your pup being confused why I'm saying "potty" when you normally say "tinkle time". 😉 You can leave a whole dictionary for your pup. I have experience taking care of livestock animals such as pigs, goats, horses, chickens, etc. For small animals, I had pet rats as a kid and I love any little furry friend. I have past clients who I bunny-sat for. For fish or other critters, please inquire.

Shania was terrific. She was punctual and very friendly. The dogs looked forward to seeing her every morning. It gave me peace of mind to know that they were in responsible hands, with someone that enjoyed being with them and made them feel special. She sent photos and updates during the walks about the route they took and their potty activities. I had to extend my trip a few days and it was easy to communicate with Shania and then arrange through the app. Very happy with our dog walker experience!

Shania was able to accommodate a last minute change to the booking, which was extremely helpful. Thanks for the help with my dog!

Shania was great, my pups loved her! They got a good walk in and came home so happy and they get so excited when she comes and picks them up!

The more instructions from the pet parent, the better! I’m the crazy lady who has pages of instructions when people care for my pups, so the more details and instructions, the better! If something seems “off” with your pets normal behavior, no matter how small, it is important to me to let you know for YOUR peace of mine, as well as my own.

Information Shania J. would like to know about your pet

Let me know of -Issues with runners, diggers, or other escape artist tricks. -Any possessive or guarding issues with food or toys. -If you have a female coming into heat soon. -Allergies -Special Dietary Restrictions -Special toys -Past or current injuries (ex. Senior dog with joint pain) -"normal" potty/feeding routines (if they poo/pee outside of normal time, just want to keep an eye on it in case of health concern) Keeping up with training routines is a priority of mine. If your pup has any special "code words" for tricks or normal routines, let me know! (For my dogs, they know the difference between "bone" for their dental chews and just a normal "treat".) A typical day

During the summer, we spend lots of time in the yard with the kiddie pool and toys. Wintertime means more "brain" activities like playing with toys, short walks with lots of sniffing, and watching doggie youtube on our big screen.
