Slow to send requested pictures of pets. Came home to stinky house with no explanation and found two places on the carpet my pet had soiled. Sitter did not mention the accidents. I had to text asking questions. She said she had experienced vomiting/diarrhea before while caring for pets and thought nothing of it and cleaned it. Soiled spots were found by inspecting carpet and finding bits of paper towel or toilet paper in carpet. No cleaning supplies were touched. It was as if she tried to clean the mess up with paper towel then vacuum. The vacuum smells bad. Had to spend time cleaning that as well as attempt to remove two odorous stains on carpet. Pet was sick and continued to have vomiting/diarrhea. First time writing a negative review, but the was negligent care of my home and pets.

My pets were very happy at Shanelle's home! She has a good sized fenced yard that my dog enjoyed playing in, and she watched my two cats as well! I also had to extend the stay on short notice, and she was fine with it! Would definitely call her again!
