Shane was great! I had to make a last-minute booking when a previous booking fell through. Shane was very communicative and more than happy to do a meet-and-greet beforehand (I like to do that so they know what to expect). You could tell right away that Shane knows how to handle dogs. He was very kind and has a calm demeanor, but very excited to provide enriching activities. Will very much look to Shane next time I need someone to watch my dog!
