Pet care experience
We offer 24-hour supervision in a pleasant 4-bedroom home. Providing exercise, sunshine, rest and a loving home are the keys to a dog's happiness. As you can see from the images in my profile, your pooch will be well taken care of. There are no perfect dogs, but owners who are devoted to raising a K9 with sound temperament are preferred. My customers tend to prefer Rover rather than high-energy settings. Our home is a perfect place for dogs who thrive in a quiet, stress free home environment. A commercial setting may be better suited to hyperactive dogs who require prolonged play. We do not accept "fighting" breeds; my goal is to only accept happy dogs who enjoy being around other dogs.

Shane and Elsie were very communicative and sent pictures of my little guy while I was away. He had a wonderful time snuggling, running, and playing with other dogs. I'll absolutely reach back out when I'm in the area again.
We love Shane to take care of our dog when we travel. He always keeps us updated and shares photos. Our dog gets excited whenever he sees Shane!

I've always had a passion for dogs, and working with them now that I'm semi-retired is a true blessing. When I'm absent, Elsie takes care of the pups (she works from home). All of your their needs are met here; the only items needed is leash, food & treats. We do not pass out human food for safety reasons.

Please let us know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors we can account for. Any size & breed is fine but they should be well-behaved, non-destructive and potty-trained. Older dogs should be able to walk at least half a mile and have full bladder control.
A typical day
Our standard service includes exercise, all day access to the yard, medicine delivery and feedings. Exercise is custom tailored for each dog depending on age & activity preference. A long walk is a great way to bond with your dog, and I enjoy the fresh air as much as they do. In addition, sunning naps, gentle play in the yard, or chilling on the couch watching a movie with us are popular activities.

Keeping your animal safe & comfortable is our number one priority. Dogs will be kept on a leash at all times during walks. Sometimes, I may take higher energy dogs to an off-leash park, but only with the owners permission. We also have very comfortable and thick orthopedic floor beds in various sizes. They are especially ideal for senior dogs with arthritis. Since the loss of our two dogs last year, we no longer have pets in the house. We also don't have children, cats or tenants...I live with my wife (Elsie) and the Rover dogs.
