Pet care experience
I have lived with dogs all my life. I have house sat for dogs on multiple occasions throughout high school for extra money and favors to family friends. My relevant skills would include the ability to snuggle dogs, love dogs, walk dogs, feed and groom dogs, and play with dogs. I am responsible and genuinely care about the well being of all animals. I also want to note I do love cats also and am definitely willing to housesit kitties, too! I just moved to Houston and am not allowed to have animals at my house, so I would love to take care of yours to fill the dog shaped hole in my heart. Please, give me a shout so I can take care of your doggy for you while you're at work of enjoying a nice vacation!

Shanara has helped me during my own Rover experiences by taking the dogs out on bike rides and playing fetch with the pups! She always has a lot of love to give but can be firm yet gentle with dogs when they need some guidance. She is a responsible, punctual, and active person and I am sure whichever pup she watches will always be glad to see her a second time. I also know that she is good with dogs that have social issues, and had the patience to help stabilize her husky sled dog rescue pup (Carrot!!) to become re sensitized to the outside world of people and new dogs. I would highly recommend Shanara for any dog-sitting, cat-sitting, or other needs.

We will go on your usual paths and whatever new avenues strike your pups fancy. We will play fetch or with whatever toys your dog loves. If you have a rambunctious and high energy pup, we will play until their hearts content. Or if you have a chill, low key pup, we will hang out and enjoy down time together.
