I'm a very anxious person by nature, so it figures I picked a dog that has even more anxiety than me! Harper is my chocolate lab with lots of energy and love, but also with complete and utter fear of kennels. Any time I'd go out of town, I'd have to kennel her and it broke my heart every time. I met Shana through a friend's wedding; we were both bridesmaids in the wedding party. When I discovered that she was watching the bride's dogs while she was on her honeymoon, I reached out to learn more about the services she offers. I was thrilled to hear she did dog sitting in her home. There's nothing better than knowing your dog is in a clean, safe, and loving environment with other dogs to play with! Shana sent me pictures and videos of Harper daily which really put my mind at ease while I was away. Shana has a huge fenced-in backyard where the dogs can just run and run and run -- something you don't get at a kennel. Shana is flexible with drop-off and pick-up, and her prices were fair (and still a little cheaper than the kennel!). I highly, highly, highly recommend Shana for all of your dog-sitting needs. I'll never use a kennel again!
