Pet care experience
I've had dogs all my life, and have ample experience with dogs who require a little more personalized care. My dog is a senior with cancer who requires specialized medical attention, so I'm accustomed to giving medications, handling inappetence, and going to regular vet appointments. Available in NYC, LI, and Upstate NY.

until recently, I had a very senior aged German Shepherd mix. Shaina was my “go to” caregiver for the last year of her life; she stayed with my dog when i was out of town and walked her when i could not. so gentle and patient with my girl, Shaina was always VERY responsible with properly feeding, exercising, & medicating my elderly girl; and always kept me abreast of my dogs going on when I was out of town. She’s such a good communicator! I’ll be forever grateful to shaina for her deep well of kindness.
Shaina was a reliable and loving caregiver to our dog. She is dependable and a wonderful person who always goes above and beyond. I cannot recommend her more highly!

I'd like to know typical schedule for walks and meals. If there are any dog parks they frequent, favorite toys, and any special needs such as medications, trouble with stairs, social anxiety, and any sort of aggressions etc..
A typical day
We'll spend lots of time outdoors, weather permitting. We'll have cuddle time, play catch, go on walks, play with our favorite toys, and eat lots of treats (if allowed).

Availability
I work from home most days so am able to spend lots of quality time with fur babies. I split my time between the Hudson Valley and NYC. If upstate, I love bringing dogs on hikes, or to the park if in the city.
