Shailah came through for us in a big way when we decided to take a last minute holiday vacation. She responded right away to our initial request and we decided to schedule a meet and greet. She came over to our house (for free) to meet the dogs and get to know them. She stayed for over an hour and by the time she left, both of my dogs adored her! After meeting her, we booked the house sitting option so she could stay at our house and not only look after the dogs but also our house as well. We prefer this option mainly because the dogs are allowed to stay in the environment in which they are most comfortable. While on vacation we received multiple daily updates from Shailah with texts, photos, and videos of their walks, playtime, etc. It was so reassuring to know she was just a quick call or text away. My dogs are not easy to sit for either. They have medications that need to be administered daily, nervous/aggressive behaviors toward each other (never toward people, just each other) and frequent gastrointestinal upset issues. All of those things presented themselves while we where away (of course) and Shailah handled it all in stride while keeping me informed and letting me give instructions to her via text. I can not recommend her enough. She will be our go-to sitter from here on out!

Shailah did a fantastic job when my husband and I had a last minute out of town errand to run and needed someone to check on our dogs!! 100% would hire her again, she is very nice and even sent us pictures and status updates whenever she visited them. Highly recommend!!
