Pet care experience
I have grown up always having animals in the house and taking care of them. I have watched friends animals when they are away and also old coworkers pets. I also worked at a dog kennel locally for 2 years and absolutely loved taking care of all the different breeds. Some of my responsibilities there were to clean the kennel every morning, feed, socialize, and administer any medications that were needed. I would always give the dogs extra attention to try and make them feel more comfortable being away from their home. I would absolutely love to have the privilege of watching your dog(s) while you’re away!

Awesome job!!! I was in Mexico and couldn’t access Rover. Shaelyn communicated with her personal number so I knew puppies were happy and safe. I really appreciated that!!!! In addition she had to deal with them in the rain and did a great job. Thank You Shaelyn:)

I asked Shaelyn to watch my two cats while I was out of state. She did a wonderful job following my written instructions and spending time with them while I was away. I’m very particular with how my cats are cared for and I am extra appreciative when it’s done how I want (even if they are a bit tedious) :) Thank you Shaelyn!!
Shaelyn did a great job taking care of our two cats while we were gone for 10 days on our honeymoon. Our shy cat warmed up to her immediately! She cared for them and gave them lots of pets, just like they love!

I would like to know how old your dog is. What their personality is like with people of all ages and if they get along with other animals. If you take them for walks or to the dog park often. I have absolutely no breed preferences, I love all dogs!
A typical day
We can take walks around your neighborhood or find a dog park if your dog is friendly. The beach if it’s nice out and you’re okay with it. Go out and play fetch until they get tired or for the senior dogs just relax at home and make them as comfortable as can be while you’re away.

I work 2-3 days out of the week right now from 9-5 and have weekends off so my availability is pretty open besides the few days I work but am still able to take care of your animals before and after work on those days
