Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. We booked for house sitting (24hr stays) and made arrangements so that she could leave during the day, not an issue at all. I left written instructions for everything. She showed up to feed the dogs and left, literally a 5 minute visit. Showed up to stay after 10pm. Did not brush, walk or take the dogs outside to play. Received zero pictures. The only communication received was when we reached out. Left all the windows open and doors unlocked with the ac set to 67! Very disappointed after when I thought to be a good meet and greet. I have used Rover many times and have always had the best people care for my pets. I truly wish I could say the same about this experience.

I had a very hectic week ahead of me and Serenity was exactly what I needed. The calm and confidence I felt to tend to my morning tasks. I have no words. And talk about a cat whisperer! Thank you so much!
