Serena cared for my dog and cat over the holidays, and was one of the most responsible and communicative pet caregivers I have ever had. She sent me regular text updates and photos without being asked, which I very much appreciated! The most telling thing was that my dog, who is a rescue and shy (or outright afraid) around strangers, loved Serena and was a perfectly happy boy when I came home. In addition, Serena was kind enough to be flexible when my return flight time changed, so I didn't have to worry about the pets when I couldn't come home exactly when expected. She clearly loved my animals and they loved her back! I highly recommend her services and will always contact her first when I need petcare help.
