Serena is hands down the best dog sitter I've ever had. I've had a lot of issues with previous sitters and was on a hunt for a new one. I've never felt fully comfortable having someone stay at my house with my dog until I found Serena. My dog is very easy going as long as her schedule is followed. She's very routine oriented and has separation anxiety if she's left for long periods of time. Serena stayed at my place the whole time and made sure my dog was comfortable and her schedule was followed. She sent updates throughout the day and I even came home to a clean house which was nice after traveling all day! She is very polite and attentive and you can tell she truly cares about the animals she watches and she makes sure she understands everything fully. Not only is she a very kind person, she is also very respectful. This was the first time I didn't have to worry while traveling because I knew she would take amazing care of my dog. I highly recommend booking her and can't say enough good things about her. I absolutely will be asking her to watch my dog again in the future!

Serena did a great job communicating and keeping me in the loop while taking care of my dogs. I will definitely be reaching out to her again the next time I go out of town.
