I have an 18 month chocolate Lab called Olive and found finding care for her was difficult when I needed to go away. That was until I found Serena! I trust Serena completely with Olive, she provides updates and photos throughout the day, has looked after her both for a couple of hours during the day to multi night stay overs. Serena looks after Olive in her home setting which helps her integrate and settle more when I am not there. She sticks to the schedules I have advised her and will feed and walk her to the times Olive is used Olive loves it so much that she always looks at her house when I walk by now as she wants to go in and play. If that isn’t reassuring enough for me than nothing will be! Thanks Serena!

Serena is a warm, friendly and kind hearted woman. I have used her services for years and wouldn’t trust my dogs with anyone else. Serena is knowledgeable on a huge variety of breeds and their individual requirements - I have two miniature dachshunds and so she is always careful with their backs and will not to let them jump up etc. Serena also has lots of experience with difficult dogs and plenty of patience. One of mine is a rescue puppy farm bitch, she is incredibly timid of new people and new situations. She is a huge flight risk and her ability to escape are almost impressive. Serena has taken time to build a bond with her and ensure she is comfortable in her company. Now when I drop her off she is relaxed and always happy to greet Serena. Whenever I pick my dogs up they are happy and relaxed, they never seem in a rush to leave and they are never reluctant to go to her. I think that speaks for itself. For me serena offers my dogs a warm safe environment, I can always relax as I know they are in the best hands. 100/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
