Serena has been amazing for our pups! We had a new puppy who was very scared of new people and had tried a previous walker that he never warmed up to. Within one walk, Bandit was loving Serena and so comfortable with her, even excited to see her come! She always spends extra care and enough time walking and loving on them! Also always gives us great updates and pictures.

I have three dogs at home and every time Serena comes by all three of them run to her jumping on her. They love her so much because how good she is with dogs. She is very kind and gentle with all of them and I can really tell the genuine love she has for them all even random dogs she may spot in public.
