My name is Serena and I am 23 years old! I live in St. Pete Florida in a new apartment building called Marina Walk. I have three kitties who are the loves of my life. I am usually home (in D.C.) for all holidays. I have been pet sitting since I was 14 years old. I am currently working from home, so I have flexibility in my schedule. I am home pretty much 24/7 working and my hobbies include: knitting, working out, reading, and watching tv. I can do dog walks, house sitting, dog boarding, and drop in stays. I am all about making sure I text you photos and updates 2x a day if your animal is boarded with me. I would love to take care of your puppy(s) or kitty(s)! They will have a grand time staying with me! I'll even do baths if requested!

I am super affectionate with any animal I take care of and love to make sure they know they are cared for while their parents are out of town. I am incredibly trustworthy and also more than happy to to water some plants and things like that when I stop by.

Serena is an amazing sitter, helping us out over Thanksgiving by watching our 1.5 year dog Hutch. She had previously boarded Hutch when he had undiagnosed Lyme disease and took such great care of him, so it was a no brainer when we needed care over the holiday. Serena and her family made it feel like we were dropping Hutch with family which we are so appreciative of! Wonderful people, who truly love (and take perfect care) of animals!
Serena was great. This was our first time using Rover and I was a little nervous but she was in constant communication, sent lots of pictures and videos, and our dog seemed super happy when we picked her up.
Serena took great care of our attention loving pup over the holiday weekend. She provided lots of videos that made us feel better about not being with her for Christmas. Serena had lots of space for our pup to have her own room to relax, which also put us at ease.
This was our third time using Serena as a sitter for our cat, Rye. Rye loves all of the time that he spends at Serena’s and he clearly immediately feels at home wherever we drop him off. Serena is super attentive and communicative and sends lots of updates so we can see how he is doing while we are away which makes us feel better being away from him! This time we had to have Serena give our cat some medication for an ear infection and she was great with carefully administering that as well. You definitely won’t be disappointed with Serena - She’s our favorite sitter in the DC area!!!
Serena is fantastic, and our two cats adored her. We had to be out of town at the last minute and used Rover (for the first time) and found Serena. She is outstanding and excellent on every level: communication, care, logistics, attention, etc. She showered so much love on our cats and even figured out how our picky one likes to play (and took great pics and video). I had zero stress and no anxiety when they were in her care. I’d definitely book her again.
Serena is the best! She is on time, communicative, and sent us lots of pictures and videos throughout her visits with Pumpkin. Most importantly, she is truly caring person and a trustworthy guardian for our pet! She was also flexible in working with us last-minute as Christmas plans changed. We will definitely be working with her in the future and know that our pets are in good hands with her!

Schedule
I graduated from Eckerd College with a degree in Business Management and Animal Studies with a Biology minor. I work from home from 8 am - 6 pm.

- I have no preferences about breeds, but would love to know any basic behavior information about your pet before you leave them, so I can give them the best and most comfortable stay possible. I do also charge an extra $10 a day for medication administration and also an extra $10-$30 a day for dogs over 65 lbs.
