Every pet is different and so are their owners! I care for each pet in the ways their owners normally do so that your pet feels safe and comfortable with me. If there are no specific ways the animals like to be loved then I care for them gently and carefully until I learn what the pet likes.

We had such a wonderful experience with Serena taking care of Bruno! She sent photos and updates, and he came home smiling and happy. I would definitely consider her again for my dog.

Serena did a fantastic job taking care of my cat and dog. She is always incredibly reliable and accommodating and keeps me updated with pictures. While caring for them she makes them a priority in her schedule.
