I have a calming presence and understanding of nature, which helps soothe animals when their owners are away. Most pet parents share with me that when they return, they are so happy to see that their pets are content and happy. There is nothing like letting pets stay where they are happiest, in their own home while you are away. This is as much about making you feel at ease that your loved pets are in good hands, and I love to send pix and videos so that you can still feel connected. I'm happy to care for most other pets that you have at home also, please feel free to ask if there are pets in addition to dogs in the house. Though I mostly communicate with dogs in English (and a little French, Farcie, or German), I like to say I speak a little dog too! By reading body language and sending calming signals, I communicate with the animals in my care in a way they can understand. They want to feel safe and part of the pack, that above anything makes them feel secure while you are away. My goal as a sitter is to provide dogs with the love that they experience with their families, so they aren't too upset about being away from them. My favorite things about dogs are that they're always smiling, they don't hold grudges and they always have a trick--or two--up their paw. When I am not pet sitting, I love weight lifting and star gazing, as well as hanging out with my own dog Paddington Bear and my sister's dog Herman!
