Bring your dogs to their own little resort while you enjoy your vacation or business trip! Nearly an acre of wooded yard, a pool to splash around in, and a big deck for lounging...what more could they want? As pet owners for most of our lives and parents of two pet-loving daughters, we have tons of experience working with all kinds of pets. We currently own three dogs, and even though our children are grown and gone, these guys are our constant companions and cuddle buddies. We also occasionally foster rescue dogs through Fayette Humane Society, so we have a soft spot for rescue dogs! If you choose us to care for your dogs, you can be assured they will receive the highest quality care and attention, not to mention a big wooded backyard and playmates to romp with. In warmer months they even have a pool to splash around in if they want to! Guests are welcome inside the house anywhere our own dogs are allowed (which is pretty much everywhere), but if they prefer to be less social or have special needs, we can make accommodations for that as well. Because we have three dogs of our own, we host no more than two families at a time in our home, although there will occasionally be short scheduling overlaps of a day or two. We will accept dogs larger than 40 pounds for boarding on a case-by-case basis, (female or senior) so don't hesitate to ask! Unfortunately, unneutered males are not compatible with our boys, but they do love the ladies! 😊 For drop-ins, we will take care of most any type of pet. Cat rates are listed but others are priced on a case-by-case basis.
