Hi, I’m Selima, and I’m excited to take care of your pet-care needs! I am a certified ER/Trauma RN , a Humane Society volunteer, and am studying to be a certified dog trainer with CATCH Canine Trainers Academy. I was deployed as a hurricane disaster relief nurse in Florida and Texas, where I cared for pets that were displaced, and I was struck by the number of pets that could not be rehomed because of their behavior. I was inspired to help pets become readily adoptable and am eager to spend as much time around dogs as possible. Taking care of others is in my DNA. I am a youthful and energetic grandmother of six and a mother to a great Dane puppy named Negan, who I rescued from an unethical breeder. I have dedicated my life to caring for humans and now I want to pursue my passion in caring for animals. I am patient, professional, honest, am not afraid to get dirty, and I can often sense problems before they occur.
