I have a tall fenced yard, and screen security doors. I will always make sure that dogs are on a leash when being walked, ensure that dogs eat separately from each other, and away from the reach of children. During the spring, summer, and fall months I like to leave our backdoor open during the day so your pup can choose whether they want to enjoy the couch or play in the yard. Our senior dog Moose is ten years old, well trained, very well behaved with other dogs, and welcomes visitors. When an animal is in our care and is around other dogs I will make sure they are all compatible and can get along. I don't allow my kids to snack on raisin's or grapes around dogs, and will do sweep of the house and yard to make sure there is nothing a puppy can endanger itself with (like legos or pom poms).
