Pet care experience
I have had three dogs my whole life and have fostered cats for the Ottawa humane society for years. I had training to care for animals at a vet camp where I then became a counsellor, and took part in a dog training course at the same location. I love all animals and do my best to satisfy the needs of any animal in my care to the best of my abilities. I have access to a car or bus so I am willing to travel up to 15km to walk your pet, house sit, or do drop-in visits to ensure your furry friend is doing alright in your absence. I get along with almost all animals. I look forward to meeting your lovable, furry pets and their owners(you).

My home has a fair-sized fenced backyard. I have a medium-sized dog who likes medium to large dogs. My Miniature Schnoodle, Columbo, grew up around a German Shepard so he has a bit of a small dog complex.

A typical day
To stimulate your pet I am able to walk them daily, play with them, and teach them or work with them on simple tricks. I will feed them and give them water as directed by you, and relay all details of my visit to you after every time.

Availability
In the new year, I will be at college once a week, and doing an educational placement three days a week. This will mostly be between 7 am and 4 pm from Wednesday to Friday. I am typically free all day Saturday as well as Sunday after 1 pm.
