Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Selena and I have 3+ years worth of experience in dog care. Having raised and trained two large dogs of my own since I was in my teens, I love being around dogs (big or small) and enjoy playing, training and ensuring our doggy friends are given the love and care they need! As a teenager, I trained and cared for a golden retriever/husky mix from his puppyhood until he was full grown. I also trained a golden retriever into his adulthood. Both experiences included potty training, trick training and interactions with other dogs and people. As for my availability, I can flexible on weekdays and weekends. I currently work from home, and am happy to accommodate for long-term and weekend sitting needs! Reach out to me and I will be happy to work a schedule out with you.

I truly don't have breed preferences; however, I would like to know if the owner has certain requests, such as if a dog can/cannot be around other dogs or people, what their bathroom schedule is like (if they have one) and if you are trying to train a dog to not do certain things (bark at people, jump on furniture, etc.) and how these behaviors are reinforced.
A typical day
Your dog could enjoy a variety activities, including, but not limited to, walking through local dog parks (if accustomed to being around other dogs), playing fetch and tug of war and becoming familiar with a bunch of new fire hydrants in the area!
