Pet care experience
Ive grown up with a family who has always had a deep love and bond with animals. Ive been able to appreciate the love and joy from not only cats and dogs, but from chickens, lizards, fish and plenty of more pets! This is all to say that getting the opportunity to help you care for your beloved pet would mean so much to me. With years of general pet care experience and more specialized house sitting for friends and family, I will put in loving dedication to meet you and your pets needs. I have helped trained young puppies (and kitties!) and would love nothing more than to share tips and videos to help hone any trick or behavioral training your are trying to achieve with your pet. Some furry friends need a little more attention and I would love to give that to any elderly pet or pets in need of medication.** **For medications: Im more experienced with pills and liquid medications, injections are not something I personally am familiar and would NOT feel comfortable administering as of now.

Selena has been helping care for a number of different animals I raise for nearly 5 years. I have a small farm of chickens, ducks, dogs, cats, pet birds, and various small animals like bearded dragons, geckos, freshwater fish, and some invertebrates. She takes direction well, even when an animal needs particular medication. She is kind, my animals have always enjoyed her visit. She goes above and beyond to ensure all animals, from pets to livestock are safe, healthy and happy.

Overnight Pet Sitting Along with the basic feeding, enrichment time, and bathroom needs, when you hire me for overnight this will also include: ~taking out trash on last day hired for (would be willing to take out trash for more than one day if its for a longer house sitting timeline) ~ Light cleaning on last day hired for ( light dusting, sweeping, wiping down counters with your tools and products) ~ Light Grooming daily ( brushing hair, using wipes in case of messy eating to clean face and/or eye crusts with your tools and products) ~ If your also a plant parent I would be happy to water your budding buddies while your away as well (please inform me about which plants) Environment To keep a positive and safe environment please let me know about the following below - Exercise expectations - agreed time away from house ( we can discuss what works ) - if there are any other chores needed during that time lets discuss (washing towels/ bedding) - Wifi passwords/Alarm/garage/door codes - parking passes (ex: apartment complexes) - Expectations when it comes to updates ( ex: every feeding, end of day wrap) - Communication hours

Safety and Trust As an animal owner myself, I take safety and trust very seriously, especially when it comes to the life of your cherished pet. Knowledge is power and to keep safe these are some necessary info I would need from you to make sure your pet is taken care of to the fullest ability. - Does your Pet have any allergies/illness that I should be aware of? If in need of medication, I will need a schedule for when exactly they will need it and exactly how much should be administered. A schedule with detailed information about feeding times/ amounts will also be needed. - Does your Pet have any physical/emotional sensitivities I should be aware of or need to cater too? (ex: sensitive leg from accident, issues biting, in-training, needs to be crating when alone etc) - In the case of a medical emergency is there a specific hospital/ Vet office I need to go to? **If possible putting together a safety plan that includes location of hospital/vet, emergency contacts in case I am unable to reach you, and an emergency routine if an accident happens to occur. This is highly suggested to have if going on a more long term trip. - Does your Pet have any preferences? ( This one is quite vague but any info of what your animal would prefer when it comes to food, play, location, etc would be very helpful) - If house sitting or doing an at home call, Is there any cameras to be aware of? A typical day
When with your pet I want to also sure they are getting their full enrichment they deserve! So I’ll make sure to play with them and their favorite toys or make a treat sheet for your pet to enrich their smelling experience. I would also be more than happy to find a fun and pet safe park to stretch out and walk with your loving animals.

I currently work as a part time care taker so this will fit perfectly in between the work I do. I love to help and care for those who need it so naturally I feel like pet care fits perfectly for me on top of my regular duties. I truly love getting to meet and interact with new animals and would be so happy to get the opportunity to help care for yours!
