Pet care experience
I'm a lifelong pet owner and animal lover who is lucky enough to work in shelter rescue for a living! I have experience walking and caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds; and have been trusted by countless family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers to care for their pets over the years. I'm known as the "animal girl." I have a particular soft spot for seniors and pitties, so please know that your older pet and/or stigmatized breed would be in the absolute best and understanding of hands. I'm available anytime on Saturdays and Sundays, and even weekday evenings after 6pm depending on your location! If you are close enough to my work or home in Lexington, I can make weeknight availability work, so please don't hesitate to ask! I only use positive reinforcement, so please rest assured that I will treat your dog with the utmost patience and compassion during our time together!

Please let me know in advance what type of leash/harness your dog uses so that I can make sure I am familiar with how it works beforehand, that way we're able to use our full booking time just enjoying the walk! Also let me know if you don't want me to give your dog treats during our walk, or if they have any food allergies/restrictions I should be aware of. I often keep low calorie training treats in a fanny pack and will give those throughout the walk to keep the dog on a loose leash.
A typical day
I'm down to do whatever your dogs loves to do! Just let me know how your dog would most like to spend their break with me. Whether that's walking, playing fetch or tug, cuddling on the couch, or just spending time outside in your backyard, just let me know! Anything except going for a run, I am not a runner lol.
