Her dog viciously attacked/injured my dog. This is my pup’s second stay with Sedaline- I chose her again because the first stay seemed great and my pup had her dog to play with. This time around the stay was fine up until the last day. I drove straight from the airport to pick up my dog - when I arrive I immediately notice my dogs head is wet with blood and he has deep teeth marks in his skull. Instead of taking him the ER listed in his info or calling Rover for support, Sedaline waited for me to arrive to tell me what happened. She was way too passive about the emergency. I spent the rest of my day in the vet hospital. Thankfully they were able to patch him up and provide medication for potentially infected wounds, though I wish Sedaline had proceeded urgently in taking the necessary action steps right after the incident occurred. Even calling or sending me a text about the incident would’ve been helpful.
