I have personally owned a dog for 6 years in the city and since he was 5 months old. I live in a dog friendly neighborhood and I will take your dog on nice long walks. I also have a fenced in backyard which comes in handy for quick potty breaks. I also have two six panels crates that are very large. They are large enough to put your dogs food, toys, water, bed, pillows, etc. inside. They could easily fit two dogs each and I would be open to watch more than two dogs at a time. I absolutely love dogs and have had dogs as pets from early on as kid and into adulthood. I looks forward to meeting your dog and providing outstanding care.
