Pet care experience
I am a teacher who is taking graduate courses at Penn State Harrisburg. Being a teacher, I am available during working hours on weekdays! I usually wake up at 4:30-5 so I am available in the early morning, all the way to the evening. I am very active with my dogs and feel like being a teacher has improved my patience and ability to manage. I grew up with dogs and currently own two. Our house is large enough to host and we know plenty of spots around Harrisburg to take the dogs out to get exercised. Our dogs are super friendly and enjoy playing with others! If needed, our home is large enough where they can have their space if needed, but they like to hang around!

Hello Rover, Sean is perfectly suited for this job. His best friend is currently his dog Jack. Jack started out as a introverted and scared dog when they first got him into a dog that is full of life and confident. I fully believe this is due to the love and care that Sean has shown him. He added to his dog family with another black lab, Cricket, and she is a sweat heart. Sean looks forward to waking up to walk them and get home from work to run around the park and cuddle with them. I get countless snap chats from Sean's wife of Sean playing with the dogs. I think he would be a great addition to the Rover team and have no reservations saying so. I was nervous about using rover for the first time, but was blown away by the level of care and attention my dog received by Sean. We will never use a boarding school again, that’s for sure! Thanks again Sean!!
Sean has a long and impressive history with caring for dogs. Sean grew up with an English black lab that he trained as a bird dog, and taught to understand over 100 vocabulary words and phrases. Sean currently owns two black lab rescues and he provides such a great balance of love and discipline/structure. His dogs respond so well to him and the bond that he has with them as their “pack leader” is really cool to witness. Sean is playful with dogs and is attentive to their needs - he wakes up at 4:30am just so he can exercise them before work each day. I would highly recommend Sean as a pet-sitter!
