Hello my name is Scott and I love animals! I have a beautiful family of four humans, two dogs and one old cat. My soulmate Rebecca is the mother of my children and the work horse (dog groomer)for this family. I spend my time caring and providing for my, almost 5 year old daughter and my, almost 3 year old son as well as our small dog Zuko (mix breed) and our larger dog Artemis (the one in my profile pic) and my 20 year old cat Puck. I have been dogsitting my friend's dogs as well as house sitting for over ten years now. I am often accused of being too attentive with both my kids and animals. I try in my everyday life to be kind to everything and I feel that is the least we can do for all living things. As for my kids, my daughter has taken right after me and mommy in her love for everything. She is regularly saving rolly pollys and worms. My son is the younger one and he seems to be worried about him and his food. He is however very respectful of our animals and there space. As for my animals getting along with others, they do it all the time. I always carefully monitor new meetings and take a dog whisperer approach. Between Rebecca and I we have seen and dealt with many different situations with animals and always have had a good outcome. She is a dog groomer for 10 years now so she has a very deep knowledge of dogs and a true love for them. We would be happy to help animals in anyway we can and this is one. Another small note is my cat stays mostly in one room when other dogs are around. Dogs do not have to be cat friendly as I will not introduce them or let them come in contact with each other. Having a two story house makes this easier. Dogs generally stay downstairs unless they really need to stay close at night and I allow them to sleep in my room.
