I like to run at Ancil Hoffman Park multiple laps around the horse trail since I live so close. I'm also open to William B Pond and Lake Natomas. I'd prefer to run with a dog that can keep a good pace with me and maybe make a routine with the same dog(s). I work typically M-F and usually get home around 4:45-5:20 pm but sometimes around 3:45 pm. Weekends I may or may not be available, depending if we can pre-schedule or if I'm just free. I'm training for half marathons right now. Last longest run I've done was about 9 miles. I do shorter runs too though on my easier days. My shortest runs when I don't have much time is about 2 miles.
