Pet care experience
First, I love dogs!!. All shapes and sizes. Every dog is beautiful in my eyes. I have had 2 dogs, a Golden Retriever named Alex and a Jack Russell named Max. Unfortunately, I had to put Max down 6 years ago at almost 18 years old. I say I am a "Dog Whisperer" because I will have many people say to me things like " My dog usually wouldn't go to strangers" or "Their dog usually never gives kisses". I am certain that dogs recognize dog people! As I am looking for my next chapter professionally , I thought it would be fun to host dogs. Have a great little flat on the UES, 3 blocks to the park with an amazing very large terrace. Please note that I am 1 flight up and would be happy to carry your dog (Under 50lbs) if they are senior or need assistance as there is no elevator in my building. Thanks!

It is hard to express in words just how amazing Scott is! Scott is the type of person you know you can trust with your life after knowing him for 10 seconds - I knew my pup was in good hands from the moment I met him. Scott lived up to my gut-feeling expectations and then some! He took such amazing care of my pup, gave him love and attention and treated him as his own. My dog did not want to leave when I picked him up!! Scott is amazing and I will only be using him when I need my pup watched in the neighborhood - just can't imagine trusting anyone else. I wish I could stay with him!! Thank you!!
Scott was so nice and accommodating for my dog Buster. He cared for him like he was his own. Another great benefit was the backyard space that Scott has. Buster was able to relax and stay in the sun and not cooped up in an apartment all day. Scott was great and will definitely be using him again !
Scott is genuinely a big dog lover. He and Buddy had a great time. Scott sent me pictures, let me know when they went out, and paid close attention. It’s the first time we met Scott, and we were very pleased. Thank you!

No preferences on breed, but unfortunately, I can not accept an aggressive dog. As I would not like to upset any of my neighbors, I would prefer to have a dog that barks at a minimum.
A typical day
We can play outside on my terrace or take walks in Central Park, 3 blocks away. Of course, there will be lot's of belly rubs and snuggling.
