Pet care experience
I’ve washed, walked, and occasionally pet sat my friend’s large golden retriever for 5 years! He’s now 13, so I have experience taking care of elderly dogs. I’m part of my college’s running club, so I can keep up with longer walks if needed!

Scott is very engaged in his interactions with all dogs, always providing them with personal attention, out of his enthusiasm. He walks and has established a rapport with my dog, Marley, who is a rather difficult dog to deal with. Scott is also very into long distance walking, even without dogs, so you can be assured of his stamina.

I’m mostly looking to walk dogs, but I’d follow your instructions carefully if we set up an appointment to visit your home. I’ve had experience crating an English bulldog using treats, so I’m open to it. I’m also fully vaccinated, so I hope that makes you more comfortable!

Please let me know if your dog is prone to tugging or should avoid other dogs during walks! Thank you! If you have any walking preferences, please let me know too. I like to keep a loose leash when at parks, such that the dog can enjoy autonomy and scents, but let me know if you would prefer and/or recommend consistent tight leashing for your dog. :)
A typical day
I love Central Park and scenic, peaceful avenues like Park. Especially if you live close to Central Park, I’d love to take your dog there! I also allow dogs to indulge in scent walks for their social and cognitive health!

I currently have a lot of time around noon or afternoon during weekdays. On weekends, I’m generally unavailable. But, especially if you live near midtown, I’m up for discussion.
