I’m a certified therapy dog trainer/handler, having animals my whole life. I started professionally 5 years ago, and I’m constantly humbled by the unconditional love these amazing creature have to offer us.

Scott’s fantastic. He’s so nice, friendly & welcoming. Communication was great and I actually got tons of pictures and videos without ever needing to ask. I truly felt like my dog was being cared for and paid attention to. Could not recommend him enough, seriously.
Scott is amazing. He reads dog and owner with insight and care. I’m just a few sessions my dog and I have learned so much. Confidence building for us both. And anxiety reducing for us both! Scott is skilled, sensitive, thoughtful, a great teacher. And my nervous dog loves him. Wish I had found Scott years ago. Can’t recommend him highly enough for training for dog and owner.
Scott is awesome! He gives our Buddy such great care, attends to his inidividual personality needs, and adjusts his pace depending on what your dog asks for! It’s clear he loves and knows animals to his core and I will happily trust Scott with Buddy or any future pet at any time.

Maverick can be a challenge, because he is young and hyperactive, and Scott handles him with patience and grace. He caters to his unique personality while providing gentle positive redirection. Once you meet Scott and see how he interacts with your dog you will be able to relax knowing that you can rely on him to provide a safe and secure walking experience.

I always want to know for every dog any behavior issues and or fears they may have. I always want to be proactive and prepared for any potential situation that may arise, and the more background I have on any given animal, the better.
A typical day
A typical day entails a fun nature hike along a creek or stream, exploring nature and getting some fresh air. If the dogs and I are craving more socialization, then we will trek out to one of Bend’s many dog parks and engage with other furry friends, for fun play.

I have open availability weekdays and/or weekends. I offer daily walks, as well as overnight/extended overnight appointments. I also offer pet transportation, and extended nature hike experiences. Feel free to contact me for more details.
