Pet care experience
My family had a large yellow lab when I was growing up. He lived to be 14 years old. Because of this experience, I am comfortable handling any type of dog no matter the size. I am an easy going person who knows how to treat a pet in the proper way an owner should. I do believe in discipline and that helps make the job easier. In addition, I really love dogs and what they offer to a family. It's truly an amazing experience having a pet become a part of the family. I always enjoy being at a friends house and playing with their pets. I go out of my way to introduce myself to that pet and make he/she feel comfortable :).

On several occasions I have trusted Scott with taking care of my two dogs while out of town. Sometimes for even as long as a week. Each time I was confident they would be taken care of, and I was never disappointed. Sometimes I think they enjoy his company more than me!
Scott and I have been friends for years, and no question that my two dachshunds like him more than me. He has watched after my families dogs numerous times and they always come back as happy as ever! He is responsible and loving when it comes to animals.
I have known Scott for for ten years now and he has always been responsible, diligent ad had a love for animals. I currently have a 6 month old Brittany Spaniel and Scott has taken care of her on two separate occasions now when I have been out of town. It is clear he knows how to treat/respect animals and I know I can count on him in the future.

I prefer labs, goldens, any kind of dog in those types of breeds. I would like to know how the dog behaves around other dogs, other people (in case I walk by people with pets) and other tendencies the dog typically has that the owner has grown accustomed to.
A typical day
I live in a condominium complex in sandy springs/Buckhead. I live near my old high school and the roads have quite a few hills, so I could run up and down to drain out the dog's energy in a fun way! If the dog knows how to fetch, I would be happy to play fetch.
